Founder of JOBMASTER Group Human Capital Solutions, he currently serves as Non-Executive Director at RIVERWAVES (UK) and Chairman of Signium GCC, driving HR consultancy and executive search growth across MENA. A frequent keynote speaker, he is a member of the IoD, BPS (UK), and CIPD, and holds two Master’s degrees including Executive Coaching from Ashridge Business School (UK).

is an HR professional with 12+ years of experience in management, recruitment, assessment, and HR project leadership across telecom, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, and banking. She has overseen 1,000+ assessments and developed 900+ job profiles, previously serving as People Assessment Manager at JOBMASTER Group. She holds a Bachelor of Mass Communication and specialized training in performance management, compensation, and organizational change.

is an HR leader with 12+ years’ experience and the Managing Director of J4S, where she partners with startups to build strong people foundations. A certified professional from Harvard in Entrepreneurship, Marketing & Small Businesses Operations, and founder of two ventures, she blends deep HR expertise with startup insight to drive growth, culture, and lasting impact.
